We guarantee that ALL of our aged Seller Central Accounts will not be suspended for anything that happened during our transfer process to you.
If your Seller Account has been suspended AFTER we have handed you the Account Credentials, then this is your responsibility.
99% of the time, Seller accounts get suspended by mistake by Amazon, breaking Amazon’s Terms of Service (e.g. Dropshipping violation) or your competitors attacking your account.
This is outside of our control and are not liable to replace your account in these situations.
That said, we want you to get great results and for it to be fair, so we will address each suspension case by case and investigate to assess if we can help you or not.
We do have a sister company who help with reinstatements and with investigating suspensions. This will be a viable option to help you get your account back up and running.
